    Hi, I’m Jamie! 

    I’m a mom of two and a dedicated psychotherapist (qualifying) with a passion for helping people navigate trauma and addiction. I know how deeply past experiences can shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. But I also know that healing is possible.
